The reason that I am comparing our two minute opening to Sevens opening is because our main source of inspiration was taken from seven. We took ideas from Sevens opening and added it to our. For example the blacking out on the paper.
The lighting for both of the openings is low lighting. Most of the camera shot types are either close ups or extreme close ups. The 2 openings don't give the audience the whole plot in the first two minutes. They both leave the audience with enigmas of what is happening and why the character is doing what they are doing, and what does it have to do with the plot.
Even though we took ideas from Seven we adapted it to our film and our plot.
